I. PAYMENT
- Payment is accepted only in USD currency and through PayPal invoices.- Full payment upfront. I will have the sketch ready to send as soon as payment goes through. (This is to prevent scammers and AI theft)- I reserve the right to reject your order whenever I see fit. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.- No refunds, but please be aware that I accept to do minor changes after the commission has been completed for as long as 3-4 days. Major changes if it's still in lineart / sketch stages. Free of charge.- Time taken to finish a commission will vary. I work only on weekends, so slow progress is to be expected.II. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
- Descriptions, whether for the desired artwork or to explain a character's appearance, must be written in a clear manner.- Vague and ambiguous character descriptions will be rejected.- Provide at least 1 visual reference of the character. (if there are none, a fee will be charged.)- Provide preferred poses, expressions, etc. (optional)- Be aware that AFTER 3-4 days of completion, editing an artwork will be completely unavailable.- Carefully read through and understand the TOS.III. FEES
- An extra character in the same art piece costs 50% of base price. You can only add up to 5 characters, 8 if chibis.- I do not work by deadlines, therefore I will not accept rush fees.- A 15 - 35$ design fee will be charged for clients with no reference of the character and would like me to work solely from a description and/or a collection of images.- A 10 - 20$ complexity fee will be charged for heavily detailed designs.- A 5 - 15$ revision fee may be charged for major revisions after I've already completed the commissioned artwork.- Custom designs cost 100 - 300$ + base price (flatcolored, rendered, etc).- Changes due to my own negligence are free of charge.- Additional fees may be charged whenever I see fit.IV. USAGE & REPOSTS
- I, the artist, retain full rights to any commissioned artwork.- I reserve the right to post any commissioned artwork on my social medias.- Final product is strictly for personal use.- You must credit/link back to any of my socials when sharing or using commissioned artworks.- You may not claim the artwork as your own work.- Commissioned artworks are not for commercial use.- Do not edit, redistribute, or tweak commissioned artwork without my full approval.
